Renovated Rooms
This is important information for Decadence 2026. Please read carefully.
All rooms in the hotel are being renovated, starting in June 2026. One floor at a time will be closed, renovated and re-opened. The 7th floor will be first, and then each floor below will be done in order.
At this time, we anticipate that floors 7 and 6 will be completed by Decadence 2026, and it’s possible that floor 5 will be done. We will update this page, and our Facebook site with updated information as we receive it from the hotel, and from our own site visits.
The below photo is not a rendering, but an actual room at the hotel that was created as a model. Some of the features of the renovated rooms that are:
New paint in periwinkle blue with dark band at the crown and darker blue crown band
New carpet with fresh light colored pattern and texture
New linens and dust ruffles on the bedding
New guest chair, ottoman and desk chair
New curtains in fresh new pattern and new sheers
New table lamps, artwork and floor lamps
Note: Due to the high quality of the night stands, desk and headboard, these will not be replaced
Fully gutted and replaced bathroom
Tubs replaced with walk-in showers with full height glass doors
Marble vanities / sinks with extra shelving for storage of bath items
New LED lit mirrors and bath lighting
New bathroom tile flooring
Please note that not all Decadence guests will receive a renovated room, but there is no additional charge this year for renovated rooms. We will do our best to honor requests to be on the 7th floor if you have typically made that request in the past, but not for the sole purpose of getting a renovated room. As in any year, these are only requests, and every effort is made to satisfy room requests, but not all requests can be granted.
